Meet Marinela.
With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and more than 15 years of sector experience, Marinela leads our Reservoir team with a strong focus on children, relationships and educator development.
As a parent herself, she understands how important confidence and communication are when families entrust their child to a centre. Her goal is simple: a warm, welcoming environment where children feel valued and families feel heard.

Caterpillar Kidz Reservoir provides nursery care, long day care and 3-year-old and 4-year-old kindergarten for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
