Our daily fee is designed to make life easier for families, with essentials and learning experiences included as part of your child’s day.
Understanding Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
Child Care Subsidy is an Australian Government payment that can reduce the amount eligible families pay for approved child care. Your subsidy depends on your family circumstances, including combined family income, the number and age of children in care, subsidised hours and the applicable hourly rate cap.
From 5 January 2026, CCS-eligible families receive at least 72 hours of subsidised care per fortnight under the 3 Day Guarantee. Some families may receive 100 hours depending on their circumstances.

Important: This calculator provides an estimate only and is not a determination of CCS entitlement. Actual CCS is determined by Services Australia. The estimate uses the 2026–27 Centre Based Day Care hourly rate cap for children below school age and assumes the standard 5% CCS withholding. Individual circumstances, absences, session reporting and other rules may change the amount payable.
Government Funded Kindergarten
Eligible children participating in our 3 and 4 Year Old Kindergarten programs may also benefit from Victorian Government Free Kinder funding. The way funding applies can depend on the kindergarten program and care arrangement. Our team can explain how this works for your family.
